The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02, “Results of Operations and Financial Condition” and Item 7.01, “Regulation FD Disclosure”
On February 3, 2005, Parker-Hannifin Corporation posted on its website, www.phstock.com, Business Segment Information by Industry for each quarter of fiscal 2004 and the first two quarters of fiscal 2005 restated to reflect the reclassification of a business unit from the Industrial Segment to the Aerospace Segment and the reclassification of a divested business unit from the Other Segment to discontinued operations. A copy of the restated Business Segment Information by Industry is filed as Exhibit 99.1 of this report.
