Parker Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

CLEVELAND, April 22, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Parker Hannifin Corporation (NYSE: PH), the global leader in motion and control technologies, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.03 per share of common stock to shareholders of record as of May 7, 2021.  The dividend is payable June 4, 2021.  The dividend represents a 17% increase over the previous quarterly cash dividend of 88 cents per common share and is the company's 284th consecutive quarterly dividend.
