Vande Steeg is Parker's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all of the company's industrial groups, and has been in this role since October 1, 2003.

He is a board member for Trimble Navigation Limited in Sunnyvale, CA, and serves on the board of trustees of Azusa Pacific University.
