Obourn is chief operating officer of Kodak's Health Imaging division, a $2.3-billion unit of the Eastman Kodak Company. She began her career at Kodak in 1974, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Boston University. Ms. Obourn previously has served on the boards of Cognos Incorporated and Stratus Computer, Inc.
