Parker Aerospace Completes Acquisition of Mechatronic Systems, LLC Assets

IRVINE, CALIFORNIA, May 3, 2005 — Parker Aerospace has acquired the assets of engineering research and development company Mechatronic Systems, LLC for an undisclosed amount.

Mechatronic Systems, LLC, which has four employees and is located in Huntington Beach, California, specializes in the development of high-temperature electronic control and power drive and high-temperature electric machines. The technologies will be added to Parker's Control Systems Division, headquartered in Irvine, California, and will be integrated throughout the broad Parker Aerospace product line.
