CLEVELAND, April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Parker Hannifin Corporation (NYSE: PH) today announced the promotion of Pamela Huggins, age 48, to the position of vice president and treasurer, effective immediately. In this role, Huggins succeeds Timothy Pistell, who recently became the company's chief financial officer. Reporting to Pistell, Huggins will be responsible for all treasury functions including cash, credit, debt and risk management, as well as the company's retirement plans and investor relations.

Pam Huggins joined Parker in 1983 as senior internal auditor and progressed to positions of greater responsibility throughout her career, including serving as a division controller, and as a financial services manager in the company's treasury department. Huggins is certified as a public accountant and internal auditor, with a bachelor of business administration from Kent State University and an MBA earned at Case Western Reserve University.
